Dumpster Bin Damage Insurance
Our Bin Damage Insurance add-on is designed to protect you from unexpected repair costs during your rental. For a flat rate of $89, this coverage helps reduce your financial exposure for normal, incidental wear and minor damage that can occur during everyday use.
This protection applies only to the customer who rented the dumpster.

What Is Covered
This insurance is intended to cover common, non-structural damage that occurs during standard loading and use.
Dents: Minor panel dents from normal loading
Scrapes: Light surface scrapes from debris or equipment
Interior Wear: Damage from typical waste disposal
Exterior Wear: Cosmetic damage during normal use
Minor Repairs: Small fixes that do not impact structure
What Is NOT Covered
The following situations fall outside of standard damage protection and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Major Structural Damage: Frame, walls, or floor compromise
Deep Exterior Scratches: Gouges requiring sanding, repainting, or panel work
Wall or Floor Punctures: Damage penetrating through metal and visible externally
Overloading Damage: Exceeding weight limits or improper loading
Prohibited Materials: Hazardous or restricted items
Fire Damage: Requires separate Fire Insurance
Theft or Loss: Missing or unrecovered dumpsters
Vandalism or Graffiti: Including third-party damage
Intentional Damage: Any deliberate misuse
Total Loss: Damage requiring full replacement
Repair Costs for Non-Covered Damage
If damage occurs that is not covered under this policy but does not result in a total loss, repair costs will be assessed based on severity and required labor, materials, and downtime.
Minor Structural Repair: $300 – $800
Panel Replacement: $900 – $1,500
Door or Latch Repair: $250 – $600
Welding / Reinforcement: $500 – $1,500+
Deep Scratch Repair / Repaint: $400 – $1,200
Puncture Repair (Floor/Wall): $600 – $1,800+
Graffiti Removal / Repaint: $250 – $500
If the dumpster is deemed a total loss or cannot be safely repaired, full replacement charges will apply based on the dumpster size.

Customer Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the dumpster from the time of delivery until pickup. This includes any damage caused by third parties, weather, improper loading, unauthorized access, or illegal dumping.
Dumpsters may not be moved by anyone other than our team. If relocation is required, a $150 service fee will apply.
When Insurance Makes Sense
Bin Damage Insurance is strongly recommended for construction projects, heavy debris loads, public placement areas, and any situation where risk of damage is increased.
